According to Proverbs, wisdom will protect you from the ways of the wicked and men who delight in doing wrong. It will save you from the adulteress, the wayward wife with her seductive words who has left the partner of her youth and has ignored the covenant she made before God. Being wise and keeping God’s commandments will guarantee that our lives will be prolonged ,prosperous and also we will be sure to win God’s favor.
You may ask “but how can we be wise?” For us to be wise, we have to read the bible, yes THE BIBLE. What we consider as being wisdom such as earthly knowledge is considered as foolishness in God’s sight. If we are seeking how to break free from the hands of poverty, sexual addiction, drugs, alcohol or even wanting just a closer relationship with God, The Bible provides all the answers for us.
