How to Become a Good Christian Person?

It is very easy to become a Christian. You first need to understand that Jesus is your savior .He came and died for your sins. He is the reason why you have life. There is no other who is as great as him. After you have acknowledged this, simply ask him to come into your life and transform you into the person he wants you to be. Sincerely submit yourself to him and let him have his way in your life. Ask him to forgive you of all your sins and if you are sincere about this, be sure that he definitely will.

What is My Purpose in Life God?

The great basketball coach John Wooden said ," You cannot live a perfect day without doing something for someone who will never be able to repay you." A powerful scripture in the Bible that I believe releases the blessing of God in your life is Proverbs 3:27, which says, "Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it." Joy shared is Joy doubled. You were created to be apart of the solution.

The Diminishing Splendor of the Law is No Match for the Glory of God's Grace

In some ways the Mosiac law is to the Christian what crutch is to an athlete. It is good when needed  and used properly. But a crutch cannot be employed to win a 100- yard dash, nor can leaning on a system of legal statements ever bring us spiritual victory.
Paul emphasized the diminishing splendor of the Old Testament law by comparing it to the surpassing glory of life and liberty in the Spirit.

Ten Truisms That Aren’t True

The way to guarantee success is to work smarter ,not harder.
This is a losing idea. You will find that effective leaders do both. They work smarter, and they work harder.
Activity equals accomplishment.
Activity is not accomplishment. Hard work is not results. We should not ask ourselves whether we’re busy, but what we’re busy about. We serve a God Who is interested in results.

Christians Must Expand Their Horizons

We all live under the same sky, but we don’t all have the same horizon. Leaders always see the bigger picture. Expanding your horizons mean being able to see the greater potential that’s all around you.
The world’s demands don’t control the Christian’s supply. Don’t be afraid to take a big step if one is indicated. You cannot cross a chasm in two small jumps. Aim at the sun and you may not reach it, but your arrow will fly far higher than if you aim at an object on a level as yourself.

How to Stand Out

A majority, many times , is a group of highly motivated snails. If a thousand people say something foolish, it’s still foolish. Truth is never dependent upon the consensus of opinion.
In 1 Peter 2:9, the bible says of us Christians, … ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people; that you may declare the praises of him who have called you out of the darkness into his marvelous light. Romans 12:2 exhorts us, And be not conformed to this world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is good, acceptable, and perfect will of God.

Is God Finished With You Yet?

If you are still breathing, the answer is no. Don't die until you are dead. Psalm 138:8 says. "The lord will perfect that which concerning me." God is continually perfecting and fine-tuning each of us. He wants to fulfill all His promises and purpose in our lives. The creation of your destiny is held within the seed of your God-given ideas.
God begins with a positive and ends with a positive. "Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus " (Phil. 1:6, NIV).

Don't Build A Case Against Yourself

What does God think about your future? The answer to this can be found in Jeremiah (29:11, NIV): "I know the plans i have for you, declares the lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." All of what we are, good and bad, is what we have thought and believed.

Never surrender you dreams to Negative Words

Nobody can ever make you feel average without your permission. Ingratitude and criticism are going to come; they are a part of a price paid for leaping past mediocrity.
Jesus himself, after healing ten lepers, was only thanked by one of them. (Luke 17:11-19.) Instead of being surprised by the ingratitude from others, we should learn to expect it.

30 things that God Cannot Do

  1. God Cannot lie
  2. God cannot change.
  3. God cannot recall our sins after we've asked for forgiveness.
  4. God cannot be the author of confusion.
  5. God cannot leave or forsake us.
  6. God cannot go back on his promises.

The doors for Opportunity are labeled with ‘PUSH’

As Christians we need to get very aggressive and go after opportunities as they may never find us. Many of us will not get very far in life because we turn our backs on opportunities but instead exchange bright smiles with procrastination. Procrastination is the graveyard for which many great opportunities are buried forever. We cannot afford to be out in our backyard hoping for good luck when opportunities come knocking on our front door. A persistent person always will finds time and opportunity.

Are you cheating on God?

A wise person loves discipline as it increases their knowledge but the unwise despises correction. Whenever you love God and follow his commandments, he will grant you many great favors but condemns you when you don’t. Nobody can be established through their own wickedness but the righteous can never be uprooted. The advice of a righteous man is true but that of a wicked only deceives. A truthful witness gives honest testimonies but a false witness lies. Truthful lips will endure forever but one that lies will only last for a short while. God hates lying lips but instead finds great delight in those that are truthful. The righteous man will hate whatever that is false as God does, but the wicked only brings about shame and disgrace.

You believe that Christianity is too confusing and you will never be able to make it as a Christian. Who then are you really following?  I often find this very amusing. Well I am here to tell you that you can only be either a follower of Jesus or a follower of the devil. If you had not accepted Jesus Christ in your life, you therefore now know where you stand.

Life would be so awesome if I just always had enough money to do everything I have ever dreamt of doing. What would I do if I had $100,000,000? I would for sure be living in a mansion, driving the latest BMW, traveling around the world and living life to the fullest. But guess what, as a Christian I could never seek to make that my number one priority. I know what my purpose on earth is and I will aim to fulfill it. I am going to therefore tell you what I would do if I had $100,000,000 and also the best way to approach God when you want to ask him for riches and possessions.

Who is this great God that we serve?

God is the giver and sustainer of life and without him our lives would be nothing. We can only be saved by believing that he is the only true and living God and accepting him into our lives. Whenever we are in difficult situations and cannot see any solutions, he is always there waiting for us to ask him for help. Our only purpose on this earth is to spend our lives serving him. In all our ways, we should seek to imitate him. If we do not live a life that brings honor to him, we will therefore never be able to see him. God is pure perfection and it is only through him that we will be able to live a life that is considered as acceptable in his sight.

The Devil hates you and will do anything to prevent you from making it to Heaven

Did you know that there are many Christians today who will not make it into heaven? As shocking as this may sound, it is true. Many Christians believe they are living a life that is pleasing to God just because they have been faithful in their works, always attending church, they testify about God’s greatness, have won over many unsaved to Christ, have never stolen anything in their lives and always trying to make peace with their neighbors. Well, I am here to tell you that we do here on earth will not be the only criteria for determining our place in heaven. What do I mean? For example, Jack was blessed financially and wanted to help others as much as he could. Jack is a Christian and knew that God would have wanted him to give to others who are in need. Initially he did his best because he desperately wanted to please God.

It is always heart breaking to see the conditions that other people who are living on the streets have to endure. Many of us pass them daily but have never stopped to take notice of how they are living. If Jesus was on earth I am positive that he would stop at every one he sees. Jesus loves us no more than he loves them. Here are 6 ways in which we could make their lives better for at least 24 hours.

Overcome your Insecurities and allow God to transform your life

In order for us to overcome our insecurities we first have to understand that there is a lot more than how we are feeling. Too much emphasis is being placed on how we feel these days. What if you had felt like not praying anymore, what do you think would happen? What if you felt like not waking up on time for work in the mornings, what would eventually happen? We cannot just live by our feelings as God has given us the anointing which enables us to do whatever he wants us to do. It may be preaching, singing, dancing, baking, cooking or even being a parent. We are not just anointed for spiritual things, but everything that we do is spiritual to God as long as we are using it to to bring glory to his name.
